The role
What a Project Captain does
As Captain, you're the leader who brings a project together, backed by HBCF every step of the way.
Develop the construction scope of work
Create and manage the project budget
Recruit trade partners and subcontractors
Oversee project management and construction
Track donated services and materials
Take part in donor recognition events
